Service Description

Naturopathy aims to maintain or restore health through natural means. The naturopath seeks to restore the inherent self-healing abilities of each individual. To this end, I conduct a vitality assessment, which is not a diagnosis but rather an evaluation, using various methods, to measure vitality levels, identify imbalances and deficiencies, and stimulate and strengthen these abilities. All aspects of health are addressed: physical, mental, and emotional.
